    3. The states involved during the Civil War for the Confederate were Texas, Arkansas, Lousiana, Tennessee, Mississippi, Alabama, Georgia, Florida, South Carolina, North Carolina and Virginia. Jefferson Davis was their President during the Civil War. Maryland, Delaware, West Virginia, Kentucky and Missouri were called the Border States.
